Building a vast empire in Europe after migrating from Central Asia around the 4th Century, the Hun were greatly feared and fought both against and with the Romans.

The Hun were magnificent horse archers with the bow being their primary weapon. However they also effectively employed the lance, shield and long sword in warfare.

Under Attila, the Huns fractured tribes became one, and flourished until his death when their power dissolved.
